30 people in total came to both meetings.

1. A greater focus on young people – More facilities for youth. More digital communications (current Twitter You Tube material good but needs Instagram too). More doctrinal teaching? Need for compassion in moral teachings
    
   1. More adult faith formation – perhaps RCIA for the parish? Greater emphasis on spirituality. ‘Being told’ is not sufficient these days. Parish – based spiritual direction? Praying rather than just ‘saying prayers’.
   2. Outreach to local community – issues of homelessness, addiction, women working, gender issues.
   3. Space to discuss issues openly. A mechanism for looking at conflict in the parish.
   4. Not enough volunteers available to run small groups in the parish.
